CONDITIONS
OF SALE |

1. |
GOODS
are despatched against cleared payment. |
|
|
2. |
RETURNS AND REFUNDS. |
|
|
|
We do not supply goods on sale or return to business customers.
Consumers are protected by the standards laid out by the EC
Distance Selling Directive. If you change your mind you can return
your purchase within 7 working days from receipt of your order,
specifying whether a refund, credit note or replacement is required.
Please contact us at
customerservices@bindingbazaar.com to obtain a returns
authorisation number and then return the goods to the address on our
contact page in their original, unused condition together with their
original packing and your receipt details.
Return of defective goods:
Whilst we endeavour to despatch your items to you in perfect
condition, occasionally products can be damaged in transit.
Customers are requested to check your items immediately upon
arrival. Should you find your items to be damaged, please contact us
immediately at
customerservices@bindingbazaar.com to advise of the defect and
we will arrange to collect them. We will offer to reimburse what you
have paid for your items to your credit/debit card or re-send the
items to you.

PRODUCTION
DELAYS. The time quoted for despatch shall be adhered to
as closely as is possible, but no responsibility is accepted by the
Company for unforeseen delays, or any circumstances not within
the control of the Company, causing delay in manufacture, transport
or delivery. |

SPECIFICATION
of items is subject to alteration without notice. |
|
|
5. |
PVC and other materials are offered and sold on the understanding that
it is the Buyer’s responsibility to check suitability for use
envisaged. |

6. |
PRICES
quoted are subject to amendment without notice and orders only
accepted for invoicing at the price ruling at the date of despatch.
VAT is charged in addition on all items at the current rate. |

7. |
TRANSFER
OF PROPERTY. Where goods are sold to the purchaser, the
ownership of such goods shall not pass to the purchaser but shall
remain vested in the vendor until such time as payment in full
thereof is made by the purchaser. The purchaser shall be
responsible for the maintenance and care of such goods and for any
storage costs in respect thereof. Notwithstanding the reservation of
ownership in such goods by the vendor, the risk relating to such
goods shall pass to the purchaser, and the purchaser shall indemnify
the vendor against any damage caused thereof before payment in full
has been made. Delivery. The Buyer shall be bound to
accept the goods when they are ready for delivery by the Vendor. |

OFF
MAINLAND AND HIGHLANDS. An additional despatch charge will
apply. |

ORDERS
accepted by the VENDOR will be subject to these conditions of Sale.
No other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing. |

JURISDICTION
AND LAW. These Conditions and any act or contract to which
they apply shall be governed by English Law and any dispute arising
out of any act or contract to which these conditions apply shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. |

We
reserve the right to refuse to accept any order. |

12. |
This website contains material which is owned by, or licensed to us. This material includes but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics.
Any reproduction of these materials is prohibited. |
